Services

"Give your hands to serve, and your hearts to love" - Mother Teresa
I am offering the following services:

Individual Therapy
  • Adults, young adults and teens, most commonly once weekly . Additional support is available on an as-needed basis.

Family Therapy
In Office:
  • Families in different "combinations" (i.e entire family, parents and one child, one parent and child, etc) according to families' needs. Meetings most commonly occur once a week. Frequency is subsequent to change according to families' needs.
  • Meeting with families of an individual client - occurs on an as-needed basis.

At Home:
  • Families in their own home when more "hands-on" interventions and support are required, or when different special circumstances call for that.

Group Therapy
  • Process groups as well psycho-educational groups for either parents or teens are being offered occasionally, or upon specific request.
  • Groups topics include but are not limited to: communication, anger-management, substance use, setting health boundaries .

Public Talks
  • Currently offering two talks for parents:
    - "Learning How to Speak Teen", in which I focus on the gap in communication many parents experience with their teens. I then offer a few skills to help bridge that gap.
    - "Adolescence is (NOT) Fun!", in which I focus on a few challenges both teens and parents struggle with the most, and again, offer a "hands on" coping strategy to help deal with those challenges.
  • Other talks are also available for adolescents and families: content is tailored to specific events.

* I am proud to offer sliding scale fees for each service offered. Please contact me directly for cost inquiries.
** I am not accepting medical insurances at the moment. However, I qualify as an "out of network provider" for those
 health plans that allow it.
